Decorating my Granddaughter's room

Sunday, December 18, 2016

Today was a little decorating for my Granddaughter.
I purchased this amazing letter "A" from  Ashley at 48HourMonogram on Etsy.
Link added if you would like to check them out..
also for my blog followers... use coupon code BEACH at checkout to save 15%
Thank you Ashley!

Painted it with Annie Sloan's Paris Grey chalk paint.
I am so happy with how it turned out.

These precious little pink house shadow boxes came from Target.
The garland is from SheepFarmFelt on Etsy. (link attached)
Located here in New Jersey, these garlands are the sweetest ever!

Such a sweet space for a sweet little girl.

A Sun Room that Twinkles a tour

Thursday, December 1, 2016

Welcome to my Christmas sun room tour!
I have been slowly but surely getting my home decorated for the season.

My 3 year old granddaughter loves this room
She calls it her room... so of course I have many special things just for her.

Yep that is Peppa Pig enjoying the morning sunshine

I have been collecting little sweet pieces one at a time over the years from Flea Markets
It is beautiful when they all come together

The NOEL was my moms

I always pick up these sweet vintage song books when I see them
I think they go perfectly with the carolers

This is my granddaughter's tree that we decorated together
I love these 7' pencil trees.
I purchased two this year from Michaels
They make a statement without taking up a lot of space.
One of my next projects will be the one in my living room decorated with vintage shiny brites.

The doll house belongs to my daughter
made for her in the early 1980's by her grandpa.
It is now all decorated for Christmas & is a big hit

So happy you could stop in for the tour!
Happy decorating!!
